Mucha es la investigación que los artistas han realizado desde la primera experiencia de Wolf Vostell, tanto en el concepto mismo del video arte como en los canales de difusión que los artistas han establecido o utilizado.Internet es un espacio que ha permitido nuevas posibilidades en la investigación y la difusión del video. Este portal pretende en primer lugar ser un medio de difusión, pero también puede ser soporte y material de experimentación de obra.El portal pretende reunir dististas expresiones de video en un lugar que sirva de referente para la difusión de obras tanto de artistas establecidos como de artistas incipientes. Publicaremos también artículos y ensayos que desarrollen la temática del video arte.Habrá un proceso de selección que estará a cargo el equipo de trabajo (ver abajo).Invitamos a todos artistas a participar en el Portal enviando obras siguiendo las especificaciones indicadas.
Artists have done a lot of research since the first video experience elaborated by Wolf Vostel at the end of the 50's, developing new art video concepts and distribution channelsInternet is a space which has allowed new experimentation possibilities as well as facilitated the distribution of videos.. This portal aims firstly to serve as a distribution channel but can also be used as a basis and input for art experimentations.The Portal will attempt to gather different video expressions in one place, which can serve as a distribution reference for established artists as well as incipient. We will also publish articles and essays on the thematic of video art.The working group will develop a dynamic selection process. (See below).We invite artists to participate in this initiative by sending works with the following specifications:
